The hotel offers 33 double, twin and family rooms or luxury suites, all en-suite. Rooms have DSTV and direct-dialling telephones.

You can enjoy a wholesome buffet meal in a modern, relaxed atmosphere at The Coachman Restaurant. Alternatively The Redwood Spur Steak Ranch at the Graham Mall situated in the hotel complex offers South Africa’s favourite family dining experience. Catch all the sporting action on the big screen televisions at Champs Action Bar, renowned for excellent live entertainment and fun atmosphere.

Conference Facilities
The Albany Room offers the perfect location for your next conference, and can accommodate 80 delegates in U-shape style, 100 in Schoolroom or Banquet formation, and 130 delegates in Theatre style. Superb dinners can be catered for from a wide selection, be it Eastern Cape specialities, hot carvery or cold buffet. The Albany Room is air-conditioned and has a separate Bar and dance floor.

The Boardroom accommodates 100 – 120 people in various seating formations.
